This blog is managed by Bhagwan Singh, a BHM graduate and former hotelier with international experience in hospitality and BPO services. His passion for organic farming inspired the creation of Fresh From Farms — a platform to share knowledge, connect with like‑minded individuals, and encourage sustainable agriculture.

 Hello everyone, Thank you for visiting our blog. We are the Fresh From Farms team. This post is basically about the highlights of what we offer and how we Operate and our future plannings. Currently we are producing all the seasonal vegetables,  cereal crops, milk products (milk, paneer, buttermilk and khoya) poultry and eggs. Wild Mushrooms in Himalayas

There are many varieties of mushrooms found in Himalayas and a few of them are edible. Have a look below- These mushrooms are only found during the Monsoon as they naturally grow during the rain (June to August). It has a unique taste when prepared in an iron utensil along with garlic and onion. Mushrooms are packed with many health boosting vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
